Genesis Carpet Cleaning agrees to perform the work specified by the client in a professional manner using every care to accomplish a satisfactory service. By ordering Genesis Carpet Cleaning via telephone, e-mail, or website the client is agreeing to be bound by Genesis Carpet Cleaning’s Terms and Conditions of Service.
All “FREE” no obligation phone price quotes are only estimates, price may change upon further inspection. Price is given before work is performed. There is a $45.00 charge for residential cleaning price quotes if requested to come to the home to measure and give an exact price. Charges will be taken off final bill if work is completed at that time. All quotes are valid for 10 business days. THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR COMMERCIAL CLEANING ESTIMATES.
Minimum charge is $59.00 in Las Vegas. Pick up & Delivery charge is $20 for areas rugs. A Minimum charge of $120.00 for high rise condo, high rise apartment carpet and upholstery cleaning over 2nd floor.
Genesis Carpet Cleaning will not be responsible for failing to remove old / permanent stains, pre-existing conditions that cannot be removed using normal carpet cleaning methods. Visible existing damage will be reported prior to beginning work.
Cleaning and Stain Removal
Genesis Carpet Cleaning will attempt to improve the appearance of your carpet that has been stained with foreign substances. You acknowledge that the carpet in its stained condition is of lessened value. You understand that variations in carpet fabric and dyestuff composition and that there are instances where stains may not be removed with regular cleaning, or a stain removal process and where discoloration and or bleaching of the carpet may occur. You also understand that is is impossible to test for or predetermine the result of cleaning or stain removal treatment.
With full knowledge of the above, you authorize Genesis Carpet Cleaning to treat your carpet in an attempt to remove the soiling and stains. You understand there are variables beyond the control of Genesis Carpet Cleaning and understand that Genesis Carpet Cleaning disclaims any liability for damage caused to the carpet as a result of any cleaning or stain removal treatment. You agree to hold Genesis Carpet Cleaning harmless for any damage caused to your carpet as a result of any cleaning or stain removal procedure. I authorize Genesis Carpet Cleaning technicians to proceed with the prescribed treatment.
Urine Odor / Stains
Due to the complexity and time required to remove urine from carpeted and or upholstered surfaces we cannot give you an over the phone price estimate. Genesis Carpet Cleaning would need to inspect the problem area(s) before we can provide an price estimate. There is a $95.00 charge for all urine inspections
If your carpeting is currently damaged due to urine deposits and or feces / vomit, you agree to hold Genesis Carpet Cleaning harmless for any damage caused to your carpet as a result of any cleaning or stain removal procedure. Urine deposits can be activated by cleaning, releasing odor and staining material. You acknowledge that the carpet in this condition is of severely lessened value.
There is no guarantee implied or expressed that all urine odor and or stains will be removed. Our 7 day spot free guarantee does NOT apply to urine spots / stains.
Backing, lining and other materials and processes used in the manufacture of upholstered items may produce adverse results in the surface material when cleaned. You understand there is no way of determining when such results will occur and that the fabric may be previously experienced deterioration due to such factors as fading, shrinkage, dry-rotting, watermarking, browning, or lose tensile strength. Also understand that manufacturers will occasionally mark items with a black or other colored market on the backside of the fabric. You understand that this should not be done and it has the potential to bleed through when cleaned.
You agree not to hold Genesis Carpet Cleaning responsible for any of the conditions described.
All carpet repairs are a “salvage attempt” and no guarantee is implied or expressed that the repair will be unnoticeable or invisible. You acknowledge that the carpet in its damaged condition is of lessened value. You also understand that is is impossible to test for or predetermine the result of any carpet repair attempt.
With full knowledge of the above you authorize Genesis Carpet Cleaning to treat your carpet in an attempt to repair your damaged carpet. You understand there are variables beyond the control of Genesis Carpet Cleaning and understand that Genesis Carpet Cleaning disclaims any liability for damage caused to the carpet as a result of any attempt at carpet repair. You agree to hold Genesis Carpet Cleaning harmless for any damage caused to your carpet as a result of any carpet repair procedure. I authorize Genesis Carpet Cleaning technicians to proceed with the prescribed treatment.
Our company performs the highest quality work and we back it up with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any area cleaned, we will re-clean the area. If you are still not satisfied we will refund the amount paid for the unsatisfactory area.
All Genesis Carpet Cleaning appointments include an unconditional 7 day warranty against any spot re-appearing. Should any spot re-appear we’ll gladly return and retreat the area completely free of charge when our office is notified within the first 7 days following the completion of the job. ** Does not include urine spots / stains. Obligation under this warranty shall be limited to refunding only the purchase price of that portion of the service as not satisfactory.
Due to the characteristic’s, time and severity of some stains in carpet and upholstery fibers, some stains may be permanent. This includes but is not limited to urine yellow stains, fecal stains, dyes, mustard, cosmetics including nail polish, eye liner, make up, etc, paints, furniture stain, permanent markers, ink and chemicals with bleach or bleaching compounds to include acne ointments, toilet bowl cleaners and others products which may alter or discolor carpet and upholstery fibers. Genesis Carpet Cleaning will not accept any liability for alteration or damage to fibers that may result from attempting stain and spot removal or urine eradication. Also no guarantees for urine / fecal staining or odor removal.
In case of a complaint Genesis Carpet Cleaning requires to be notified within 7 days after completion of the cleaning work. No claims will be entertained after the above limit. If the Client is dissatisfied with the work, a cleaner must be allowed to return and re-do the job at no extra charge. Genesis Carpet Cleaning is only liable for the purchase price of the cleaning service.
The Client may cancel / skip a cleaning visit by giving at least 24 hours notice. Otherwise if not notified on time Genesis Carpet Cleaning will charge the full amount for the cleaning visit and no refund can be claimed.
In the event that a cleaner travels to the clients house on the designated day and the client is not in or the cleaner cannot gain entry to the property the client shall be liable for $150.00 charge for no show appointments.

The Client must allow the cleaner access to water and power. All fragile and breakable items must be secured or removed.
